Spa Attire
Guest bathrobes and towels will be provided in the locker. The Spa Team will provide disposable undergarments for specific treatments. Dark swimwear is recommended for the use of the jacuzzi. Underwear or swimwear must be worn at all times in the Spa. Please bring flip-flops with you for use in leisure facilities and Spa. Flip Flops are available for sale at The Spa.
Reservations
Advanced booking is advised as we do not wish to disappoint. A credit card number will be required when booking to confirm your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. Late arrival may result in your treatment time being cut short or cancelled to accommodate our other clients. The Spa at Ravenport Resort prides itself on having a diverse, inclusive, and talented team of male and female therapists in the spa department. Please do contact us if you have preferences when it comes to having male or female therapists.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Hotel residents may charge payment to their rooms. All prices are quoted in euros and are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 72-hour cancellation period to help us reschedule your appointment. Cancellation 72 hours in advance is free. No charges will incur. Cancellation of any treatment within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. Cancellation of any treatment within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a 100% charge.
Valuables
We recommend that no jewellery be worn in the Spa. We ask that hotel residents leave all valuables in the safety deposit box located in your room. Management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought onto the Spa premises.
Pregnancy
In the interest of safety, please inform us if you are pregnant. It is advised that pregnant women do not avail of heat or hydrotherapies. Pregnancy treatments are not to be performed in the first trimester, but your therapist will offer other options.
Special Considerations
Please advise us of any medical issues you may have. Clients with high blood pressure or heart conditions should consult their doctor before any Spa treatment.
Guest are advised to avoid alcohol consumption before the use of the Spa , and we also, advise that you avoid any heavy meals 2 hours before your treatments.
Comfort
Our therapists are happy to advise you on any of our treatments. Please let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or require a change in pressure at any time during your treatment.
We recommend that men be clean-shaven.
Under 16’s will not be permitted.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available to purchase at the Spa reception or by phone. Please note that expired vouchers may not be accepted until such a time that they can be extended by our accounts team
